Nick Babic

Director

Nick has been involved in the building and construction industry for many years before starting Stilcon in 1987. Nick oversees the different construction projects and has a "hands-on" service approach to dealing with clients. He says,

Laszlo Puzsar

General Manager

Laszlo has extensive experience in building administration, estimating and project management. He joined Stilcon in 1991 with a degree in Building and Construction Management from RMIT. Laszlo was appointed General Manager in 2000 and is responsible for managing Stilcon's daily operations.

Jeff Schadendorff

Drafting Manager

Jeff has over 30 years experience in both architectural and construction drafting, construction management, site programming and estimation. Jeff has been with Stilcon since 1987.

Raffaele Vilardo

Construction Manager

Raff started with Stilcon in 1994. He has several years experience in site engineering and is degree qualified with a Bachelor of Engineering from Victoria University of Technology. Raff is responsible for organising Stilcon site resources including manpower, site equipment and materials & the general overview of all sites.

Ivan Raspudic

Production Manager

Ivan manages the production process from our Brooklyn facility. He joined Stilcon in 1996 with a degree in Engineering and has extensive experience in CAD/CAM computer technology and production management.

Jason Kenny

Site Engineer

Jason joined Stilcon in October 2010 and is responsible for organising Stilcon site resources including manpower, site equipment and materials. Jason has been part of the Stilcon site team as a site leader for more than 10 years and is a qualified boilermaker and rigger. 

Ante Rados

Site Engineer

Ante joined Stilcon in 2000 and is responsible for organising Stilcon site resources including manpower, site equipment and materials. Ante has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).

Ian Rumble

Dispatch Manager

Ian joined Stilcon in 2005 with many years of experience in transport and logistics. Ian is responsible for making sure each delivery is loaded safely, with the correct steel and delivered to site at the correct time.

Rudi Vizintin

Project Manager and estimator

Rudi joined Stilcon in 2001 as purchasing manager. In 2004 Rudi was appointed to the position of project manager and estimator. Rudi's responsibilities include pricing projects, negotiating contracts and then responsible for delivering projects.

Troy Schimmelbusch

Project Manager and estimator

Troy joined Stilcon in 2003 as a document controller and production assistant. Troy has seen how all departments operate and in 2005 appointed to the position of project manager and estimator. Troy's responsibilities include pricing projects, negotiating contracts and then responsible for delivering projects.

Kristina Placko

Project Manager and estimator

Kristina joined Stilcon in 2007 bringing a great deal of experience having worked for other fabricators for the previous 5 years. Kristina is qualified with a degree in Business Management. Kristina's responsibilities include pricing projects, negotiating contracts and then responsible for delivering projects.
