Stilcon have recently invested in the latest technology processing equipment to supplement its existing facilities. The following equipment is utilised in Stilcon’s workshop:  

DAITO GT 7010 CNC BAND SAW
DAITO CSD 1050 NC DRILLING MACHINE BEAMLINER
A compact tandem machine for CNC drilling and cutting. Each of 3 drilling spindles moves independently of each other in four directions allowing ultra fast drilling. The machine can process profiles up to 1000 mm wide. 

DAITO DS 400 NC DRILLING & SAWING MACHINE BEAMLINER
Even more compact CNC machine designed for processing smaller profiles up to 400 mm wide. 

 

DAITO CR4816 COPING ROBOT
Daito named this machine “Versacope” to stress that it is the most versatile coping robot on the market today. Combination of 6-axis true robotic arm, plasma and oxy torch, and built-in feed measurement system allows this machine to perform any cuts in 3D. 

 

YAMADA PLASMA FS3500D CNC CUTTING MACHINE
This machine combines plasma (for plates up to 32mm thick), and oxy cutting for materials up to 300mm thick. It can cut plates up to 2400 x 9000mm. A pipe cutter (for diameters up to 600mm) is also available on this machine.

 

ARMADA 650 BAND SAW
Nice feature of this machine is negative (-15o) cutting angle. Combined with positive (+45o) cuts this makes the machine a versatile sawing machine for all profiles up to 600 wide.

TOPTEC 460DSA SEMI AUTO BAND SAW
An amazing angle cutting range (-60o to +60o) makes this machine an ideal choice for angle cuts on profiles up to 450 mm wide.

2 NO. LINCOLN TC-600 SUB ARC WELDER
High quality automated and uniform welds achieved by those machines allow Stilcon in-house fabrication of non-standard beams and columns.

3 NO. 5 TONNE OVERHEAD CRANES
8 NO. 10 TONNE OVERHEAD CRANES
Overhead cranes combined with 16 jib-cranes allow Stilcon to perform all material handling in safe and efficient manner.

SUNRISE IW 165 SD CROPPER
MUBEA HIW 750 CROPPER
With those two machines, Stilcon can punch holes and cut all standard plates up to 25 mm thick.

ARASIVE BLASTING MACHINE FOR ALL MATERIAL SIZES AND LENGTHS
This machine is designed to blast clean structural sections of rust and scale. The compact, self-contained blaster can clean the profiles up to class 2.5. Recycling the used shot and filtering and removing all dust make this section blaster very environment friendly machine.
