Stilcon is committed to providing high quality products and exemplary service. Our products and processes strictly adhere to quality assurance standards and the company has achieved Quality Certification to ISO 9001.

We’re proud of our excellent industrial relations record and we’re a signatory to the CFMEU, FEDFA and the AMWU enterprise bargaining agreements. NB: Construction Categories 3 and 4 incorporate higher risk structures such as long-span bridges, power stations, mining, etc. Stilcon does not operate in these markets.

Compliance & Training

Stilcon employs Construction Industry Safety Supervisors as approved by the Victorian Occupational Health and Safety Commission and we actively encourage our employees to take up first aid training, with around 10% of our staff first aid qualified. The Company has also implemented a comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety Policy, and an Environmental Policy, and we comply with the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry for all projects undertaken.
